Season 2, Episode 52 - Special Guest Dr. Philip Loring

Typically, we as humans look up to “hero” figures to help us make the necessary changes in the world (whether that be environmental, economic, and/or political/social change), as those changes can seem all too big for us. But, we must remember that the ability to make impactful change is within every single one of us, individually. We must work to become the people making those necessary changes in the world.

Today I am joined by widely respected anthropologist, ecologist, and writer, Dr. Philip Loring. We discuss the importance of individuals stepping up and believing in their capabilities in order to make changes. We also dive into one of the most important, fundamental things to take into account when looking to improve your overall wellbeing. Lastly, we touch on a few practical ways that people can adopt a more sustainable, eco-conscious lifestyle.
